Debloating ISO file with MSMG Toolkit error

I tried to debloat ISO file with MSMG Toolkit, it gives me error:

Here are things I tried:

Downloaded correct Windows 10 21H2

Latest MSMG Tookit latest version

Disabled both Microsoft Defender and ESET

Did ran as administrator

 

My PC specs:

GPU: Nvidia Quadro K620

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz   3.30 GHz

I am using Windows 10 Pro 21H2 64 bit with latest Windows Updates installed, UEFI boot, secure boot enabled, my ram is 8 GB, my solid state drive SATA 2'5" 120 GB, my TPM is disabled and Dell OptiPlex 9020

I leave Solitaire Collection installed and it's working but however when i install in VirtualBox, the Windows 10 21H2 becomes freezing when i unchecked all privacy settings during setup
