ASUS Rog Strix B550-E Gaming

My ASUS Rog Strix B550-E Gaming want start. The RGB lights up when I turn the power on. But when I press the start button, the RGB blinks twice and then nothing else happens. Neither the Q-Code LED or the Q-LEDs lights up so I can't get any info from the PC. I tried updating the BIOS with BIOS flashback even though the box said it was "AMD Ryzen 5000 Desktop Ready", but the update light never stopped flashing. I tested the RAM by testing all DIMM slots at one RAM at a time. Have gone over several times to check if any of the cables are not properly seated. Have also checked whether the CPU was installed correctly and in the correct direction.

RAM: Adata XPG Gammix D20 Black DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB (AX4U32008G16A-DCBK20)

Storage: PNY CS2130 M.2 NVMe 500GB

Power supply: Fourze Power Supply 650W

Cabinet: Antec DP502 Flux
