Windows volume automatically increases out of nowhere

My windows 10 volume most of the time increases out of nowhere. even if i'm doing or not doing anything on the pc. At first i thought it was my keyboards media control going bonkers but while i was trying to check out if it was really the keyboard i unplugged it and the volume suddenly went up and when i was trying to lower it it just goes back to 100 again and again. Then I tried unplugging my speaker which as an old logitech s150 speaker and the volume was still increasing. So I really don't know what would cause this. I badly need help.

Reinstall realtek drivers.  If its not that then IDK, does your monitor show up as an audio device?

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.
