XFX RX6600XT low fps and only max 50% usage

Hi,

First my specs:

XFX Rx6600XT

Ryzen 5 3600

16gb 3000mhz dual channel Ram

Asus ROG Strix 750g 750W power supply

My problem is that when i play games my Gpu and Cpu dont go higher than 50% usage and my fps are much lower compared to other systems with the same specs

In valorant i only get 130-180 fps

In Apex max 140 fps

and even in Fortnite only 70 fps

every game on LOW settings still FHD. i tried reinstalling windows and getting the latest bios and drivers.

but nothing seems to fix it and now i dont know what else could be the problem.Could it be a cpu bottleneck or smth?

It's not your components, i get over 200fps (uncapped) in valorant with a 1600 and a 6600 at 1440p.  Do you have adaptive sync or vsync turned on?

no all turned off

OK so that's fine. Were you getting these framerates during, like, episode 3?  I haven't actually checked my framerate in a while, as I run with freesync at 75fps capped, so maybe episode 5 or the addition of pearl made the game more graphically intense.  

 

IDK why fortnite would only be getting 70fps tho.
