I bought an evga 3090 when it was still 2k. like in april I think. do you think they’d give me any kind of rebate seeing that the gpu is only like 1k now!

Eh maybe out of good will. But I highly doubt it'd be much, and there's no reason you should expect one.

man the price has been 2k since it came out then when I get one they drop the price to 1k and all of a sudden I could get a 3090ti or even a white strix

Retailers that offer price adjustments typically do so for customers who purchased within, say, the week before the price change. 

 

Nobody is going to offer a price adjustment on items you bought months ago. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
