Nvidia GTX 1650 Super - seems not working

I am using a computer with these specifications:
GPU: GTX 1650 Super
RAM: 16G
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT 6-Core Processor  3.79 GHz
I have recently installed God of War (2018) on this PC but for some reason, the graphics look super low and blurry without any details and rather you can see the pixels. After seeing this, I tried different methods found on the internet to solve the issue but it was to no avail. Then I moved on and installed the Cult of The Lamp (a game of 3D art) and even in that game I have low graphics. I don't have any expert knowledge about computer hardware and can't seem to find a way to diagnose the issue. I would really appreciate any help here.
Below, you can find some screenshots of the issue.

Please also detail the stats, with screen shots at least display the fps counter or afterburner OSD displaying GPU usage temps etc.

For God of War, try not set DLSS to Performance, also make sure Render Scale: 100% if you want great output.

Always check the Render Resolution, if it was set too low, the image surely blur.

The best quality of this games is turn off DLSS / FidelityFX Super Resolution as both also around half the resolution even set to quality.

If your GPU is capable, they is no need to use either of this Resolution Scaling.

As for Cult of The Lamp, sorry I don't have that game to test out.
