1st build change bios boot to windows start

how do  i change my pc to start up in windows and not bios? btw this is my first build so im new to this thanks

As soon as windows is installed it should boot windows automatically.
If windows is installed I'd recommend checking the bios for bootable devices. Make sure your SSD/HDD is listed there.
You can also check your motherboards manual for more information.

I don't think this is the issue but you may also check your boot order.
To do so, open the boot menu by pressing F87F10/F12 or Esc while your PC is booting.
Here you can check which devices your PC boot in which order. Make sure the drive with windows installed is first.
