Windows 11 flickering

Hi,

have a question for you guys!

i have installed windows 11 and my screen is flickering black randomly sometimes its 8 blinks in a row sometimes at random.

 

I had my 3090 at the store for service but they found nothing... when i load battlefield 2042 directx error or driver issues.. if i work with a 3D pogram i can move around in realtime render but sometimes the viewport freeze but can still move around in the render viewer.. i have tried older nvidia driver and the latest also updated all other drivers.
BIOS is latest also

Anyone with the same issues or ideas?

my setup is:
Windows 11 Pro
version 21H2

Amd ryzen 9 3900x
128GB 3200mhz Memory
RTX 3090
Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO V2
asus thor 1200W
