Internal?  Likely to be quite pricey as it will be based on the cards used for routers.  Far better off just getting a good router.

Also if its a laptop, while such a card might be able to replace a WiFi card or maybe fit in an empty M.2 slot, you'd have to find a way of fitting 4G antennas.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

What make/model of PC?

Many business-grade laptops (like the ones from Lenovo) have the ability to accept WWAN/mobile data adapters, but you'll have to check if your specific model supports it.

I agree with using an external solution, though, primarily for network compatibility and ease of repositioning if needed. Your mobile data provider should have devices available that are compatible with their network. I'd go with the provider that has the best coverage in the area with which you want to use the PC.
