Whats the chance of a new psu having coil whine?

If I got a new psu (I will when I get a new gpu), how likely is it going to have coil whine assuming it is a high quality unit.

My current psu has some coil whine, I know that it doesnt actually do anything but its just a little annoying.

Nope.

It's random. Varies from case to case.  From build to build.  From load to load.  From mains to mains.  There's no guarantee.
