GoDeal24 - Is it scam or real?

Every few months, I see an advert on tech website, this time they are full page sponsored editorials about heavily discounted "Genuine Softwares" especially Microsoft Windows and Office.

 

Every other popular website has similar sponser editorial.

 

Can anyone suggest if it is genuine or not?

If it seems to good to be true, it usually is.

It looks like another of these key selling marketplace sites that have little regulation when it comes to selling the same product key to and similar practices (a whois check didn't show the usual scam site red flags as the site has been around since 2020, but that doesn't mean a thing considering what it looks like).
