Hdmi to display port issues finding the right cable

I'm trying to figure out what cable to buy to find  work around for  my monitor an gpu, my gpu only has one dvi, and one hdmi but my  1st monitor that im trying to connect to only has one Hdmi and one display port but said hdmi is being used for my xbox series x, im trying to  find a cable that will work for displayport to hdmi from my monitor to my pc and still be in 2560x1440p with 144hz,

I can get it to work the other way around with plugging my xbox into my other monitor but then I lose out on the console because my  2nd monitor is 1080p 60hz so im trying not to do that and get the best out of both
