Help with annoying "script error" on boot Windows 10

Noca

Does anyone know how to fix a "script error" from popping up on Windows 10 boot?  The error message says:

Script Error

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 1

Char: 1335

Code: 0

URL: (I'm not pasting the URL cause I don't know where it links to and I will not be pasting into my browser to find out though the link ends in a .js)

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?  Yes or no?

I have no idea what this is or how to fix this, anyone have any idea?  This popups upon booting up Windows 10 each time for the past week.

I used to have this issue, the only thing that fixed it for me was a clean OS reset.

Tried every reputable anti virus/malware, ccleaner registry fixer, advanced system care registry fixer, rolling back windows update, go back to recovery, nothing fixed it.

Not an expert, just bored at work. Please quote me or mention me if you would like me to see your reply. **may edit my posts a few times after posting**

Nobody will have any idea unless you show the URL.

Usually it's something like Microsoft login but the browser window it tries to call does not allow js.

Or it could be something malicious. Nobody knows because it's your PC, not ours.
