GT 730 is about the best you can get for that budget and the power restriction, if not power limited, I would say GTX 560/560ti or sometimes you can get lucky and snag something like a GTX 480 for that cheap.

Any $30 GPU won't provide much of a performance improvement over the integrated graphics that are already present in this CPU, assuming you have some dual channel ram.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Linux Proliant ML150 G6:

Dual Xeon X5560 - 24GB ECC DDR3 - GTX 750 TI - old Seagate 1.5TB HDD - dark mode Ubuntu (and Win7, cuz why not)

Trash beauty:

Xeon X5550RX 570 4GB (defective) -Fattydove Racing 240GB - WD Blue 320GBHP Z400 - 6x2GB DDR3 1066 - EVGA 450W3

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Absolutely no clue, youtube it.   Someone somewhere probably put up a video.

I'd bet high teens or low 20's if you turn everything down.

Look for a Radeon HD6950 for graphics, these usually go for under 50 bucks. But these are not low profile cards unfortunately and would require a 6 pin power connector. 200w PSU wouldn't quite be enough to run it.

So why is he looking for that?  Since it is out of his 3 criteria?

Anything higher than a 710 is faster than 3770 integrated graphics.  Also look at the 745 since that was OEM only so you might find a lot of scrappers who took them out of business machines and it's faster than a 640:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/115486252436?hash=item1ae3845d94:g:ygIAAOSwizhi7X~-

On paper the 745 is 3x faster than the 710.

Workstation:  12900KF @ 5.2Ghz || MSI Pro-A Z690 DDR4|| EVGA FTW3 3090 1000W || G.Skill 3866 4x8GB || Corsair AX1200i || whole-house loop.

Mining Box: HP Prodesk G1 (Haswell 4590), 3x 3080Ti, 3x 3080 10GB, AX1500i @ 240V.

LANRig/GuestGamingBox: 9900nonK || Gigabyte Z390 Master || ASUS TUF 3090 650W shunt || Corsair SF600 || CPU+GPU watercooled 280 rad pull only || whole-house loop.

Server Router (Untangle): 8350K @ 4.7Ghz || ASRock Z370 ITX || 2x8GB 3200 || PicoPSU 250W, running on AX1200i || whole-house loop.

Server Compute/Storage: 10850K @ 5.1Ghz || Gigabyte Z490 Ultra || EVGA 3060 || LSI 9280i-24 port || 4TB Samsung 860 Evo, 5x10TB Seagate Enterprise Raid 6, 4x8TB Seagate Archive Backup ||  whole-house loop.

Laptop: HP Elitebook 840 G8 (Intel 1185G7) + 3060 Thunderbolt Dock, Razer Blade Stealth 13" 2017 (Intel 8550U)

I suggested it because I can. Because it's an open forum and the title states best GPU for 30 bucks. (I figure around 30 bucks, 5 bucks isn't hard to come buy these days to make the total 35 bucks and so forth).

Additional thoughts -

Game TF2, I'd be running the motherboard out of the case so I could support the larger graphics card and enjoy playing the game higher than the lowest setting details at 800x400 resolution 720p at there very best chance with a GT-710 low profile or onboard Gpu which is utter garbage and eats up system memory. Can always invest in a case later, or perhaps the local thrift store for 5 bucks..... go along with mom and do the puppy dog eye thing....

But, hey. Sometimes I don't read enough, perhaps don't care a great deal other than to just make an off beat suggestion....

I dunno?!

The problem is that with a 200 watt psu your suggestion is impossible without a power supply upgrade at which point its going to cost way more than 30 bucks to go for your choice. Sure you can make suggestion that aren't useful but not sure why you would.

The GTX 745 is probably the best value that's come up so far. There are several listed as Buy It Now for around $35.

The board is low profile, but the PCI slot bracket is full height. What you could do is take the VGA port off and just bend the top of the bracket over with pliers. It's a janky fix, but it's cheaper than a card that comes with a low profile bracket.

Dell owns my soul.
