The title sais it all ! Right now I have the option to buy a rtx 2060 for 100€, that's a solid deal right ?

Yeah I know it's a good deal but I also should have added that this is a mining card without warranty which is why I'm not sure if I should go for it

do you know the seller personally? this does sound like a too good to be true situation.

No, it's a too good to be true deal.  Buy as you see fit.

 the fps decrease is by a few not much

Any GPU will have the performance degradation if they aren't cleaned and the thermal paste isn't exchanged after some years of use. The only thing that video shows is that if you don't do maintenance on the card it won't boost as high as it could due to higher temps.

That definitely seems extremely low; it is a very good deal, even for a mining card, but for that price it's likely a scam (or being sold as defective/'for parts').

I'd only go for it if you're completely sure the seller is legitimate, and that they're not selling a defective card.
