Transferring my OS and program files onto a new NVME SSD

I'll soon be installing a new NVME SSD because my current one has very little storage. I own a prebuilt PC that came with 222gb of SSD storage (that my OS and program files are installed on my default), and a 1tb HDD. How would I go about copying/transferring my current NVME SSD onto the new one.
