You shared an empty link... You need to share the one with characters behind it. Would also help if you say what the PC is used for.

Oh sorry. I'll fix the link.

This should be a lot better.

12900 performs similar to 5950X in productivity but it's faster in gaming, and also supports upgrades to 13th gen while AMD is stuck on Ryzen 5000. The Freezer II is a much cheaper cooler that will have no problems with a 12900. The B660 Tomahawk should be good enough to handle a 12900. For RAM I just chose the cheapest high speed 32gb RGB memory. The P3 Plus is a good SSD while being pretty cheap. The 3080 12gb is almost as fast as a 3080 Ti, but a lot cheaper. I don't recommend that case with an AIO, the Pure Base 500DX should be a great option. This PSU is the cheapest high quality 850w unit. The M27Q is a great value 1440p monitor.

Also what are you using the PC for? This might be completely overkill. For example when you just game you could get away with something simple like a 5600 and 6700 XT or 3060 Ti. I assumed you did more than that which is why I chose this powerful CPU.
