Rtx 2080super upgrade

Hi there im worried about my gpu lenght size 

Because im gonna upgrade my 2080 super for a 3080ti or wait for 4080

In this case what should i do to fit the new card since its dimension are bigger 

In the pic below you can see the gpu is so close to the fans of the rad

If your card is a STRIX it is 299mm long.

A STRIX 3080 ti is 319 mm long so may not fit.

Get a 3080Ti / 4080 that is no longer then. The TUF, EVGA XC3, Nvidia founders are all below 300mm

which card has the best cooling out of those you mentioned

They are similar, though the founders is much harder to take apart and service so avoid it if you dont have to use a 2 slot thick card.
