Fantasy Farming: Orange Season is also a good farming game.

Also a good low spec - Star Valor

Graveyard Keeper, Wargroove, Stoneshard. Virtually everything on GOG.com with an original release pre-2010.

The original Rollercoaster Tycoon never disappoints - just use OpenRCT2 to get it going on Windows 10.

Untitled Goose Game also runs great on low spec machines.

Spore was a cute game,  my 3050ti doesn't even go past idle to run it on max settings.

Civ 3 was very low demand and a lot of fun, same with Age of Empires and AoE 2.

There's a huge amount of NES and SNES games available for download if you know where to look,  and you can use emulator to play them. These days, emulators work very well.

These should work even on barely working hardware, as there's no 3D acceleration needed, and the processors inside the NES/SNES are easy to emulate (8 bit 4 mhz chips can be emulated easily on 1 ghz+ processors)

RPGs

Dungeon Siege 1 and 2

Neverwinter Nights  (may be a bit too d&d for some people's tastes)

Divinity Original Sin

Shooter / RPGs

Fallout 3 , Fallout New Vegas

Skyrim will probably fine

Shooters

Half-Life series : Half-Life 1 , Half-Life Blue Shift and Opposing Force, Half-Life 2 and the episodes may work

Bioshock

FEAR

2D / Platformers

Cave Story+

RTS

Dune 2000

Command & Conquer

OpenTTD (transport tycoon deluxe open source)

Ship of Harkinian, eg Zelda Ocarina of Time PC port. Just needs a dual core.

I highly highly recommend Fallout 1 & 2 also, and they go on sale for $3 on GOG and Steam all the time.

3050 ti is an insanely powerful GPU for its number.

STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl *might* run. I had a u series processor but I also had a dedicated GPU, so idk which was doing the leverage.

Chess.com lets you play chess on the web.

Also in fairness to Spore, my 3700U ran it without breaking a sweat, and played it originally on core2 duo MacBook with MAYBE HD 4000 graphics (polycarb unibody)

yeah now that you mention it, spore came out years ago and I played that on windows xp.

I just believe that people forget how powerful RTX brand cards are though. 1050ti is like a low~mid tier 4k card. Insanely powerful.

I'm very happy with my 3050ti, solidly outperforms my Rx 480.
