My Acer's V206HQL part of my display cut off from the top the same is showing in the bottom. Also have some fringing

Part of my Acer's V206HQL display is cut off the same is showing in the bottom, just look at the mouse how it is showing. I want to know how to fix it & what is it called. This is a TN panel. If possible attach a youtube video for the same + it's purely a hardware issue don't ask me to update driver.

Looks like you are using VGA cable. Use DVI instead. If you are using DVI, are you using an adapter? If not, does the monitor support DVI-D? It might be DVI-A (Analog. In other words, VGA with a trenchcoat). Verify cable and monitor connector for this.
