Hello,

 

WIll a RTX 3080 10 gig or 12gig be good for using with Blender, and other 3D apps and will it support 4K gaming?

10-12gb should be enough for blender. the 3080 12gb performs somewhere inbetween the 3080 ti and 3080 10gb for gaming.

of course it will support 4k gaming. it will literally 4k100 ultra on games like bf5.

 

I guess just nobody cares about 4k. Maybe an obscure korean company will release a budget 4k120 monitor
