RX580 8GB OC FREEZE/BLACK SCREEN ON WARZONE

Hello guys!

I've recently bought a used RX580 8GB OC gpu, it was used for mining before.

Deleted all the gpu drivers with DDU, I downloaded the newest driver available, i tried to flash the bios but i've got p/n mismatch and none of the known commands can help it thru to flash

I've tried all the fixing methods what i've find in forums/youtube videos but my problem is still here. (After I've undervolted the card it was running the game, but now after a few days the problem is came back)

3DMark can run thru and i've got around 4100-4200 score.

I checked the gpu info's while running the game, all i could see is maybe the tempetaure is high with 80+ celsius, other then that everything looks fine.

PSU: CORSAIR HX520W

RAM: 16GB 3200MHZ 

MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE H510MH

GPU: ASRock RX580 8GB OC

 

If anyone could help me it would be great.
