Is there a way to set up a Discord bot to ping me when a print over USB in Cura is finished?

I’ve never coded anything before, but I’d be able to follow a tutorial. Could it be made? Would it even be possible period?

I don't see why not. You can host your bot in a web server like setting like repl.it, at that point it's just a case of telling the server when your print is finished and sending the message.
