I have 2 questions:

will a 3070 ti be able to use it's full power?

I can confirm this case is great. Haven't had a single airflow problem since i built my PC 2 months ago 

 

I have the EVGA SuperNOVA 750W 80+ Gold in my system, but i kept the 3.5" hard drive bays in, despite the tight squeeze between the cage and the PSU, I needed the storage. 

As for the fans I actually went with some Arctic P12 front fans out of panic in the middle of Micro Center that whatever case I chose wouldn't have enough airflow with my Cooler Master Hyper 212 and the single back fan. PC is still quiet enough for me.

This is one of the better PSU deals right now (Tier A on the cultists list)

Otherwise it's pretty barren after everyone was selling Tier A psus cheap AF for Black Friday. A month ago you could find psu of this high quality for $45 to $70.

In the HALO part you can clearly see the game is not running at 60 FPS at 4K at all in the top right corner, they tried to hide it but it says 34 and 33 FPS.
