When you say it's not printing:

Is the printer trying to do anything?

Is is just sitting idly?

Is it showing any error messages?

Can you:

Print a windows test page?

Print from different apps/file types? Eg; Word .docx files, pdf files, images etc?

How is the printer connected to the PC?

USB?

WiFi?

Ethernet?

Is there still toner in the cartridge?

How much paper is in the paper tray?

The fact that the scanner is working says that the machine is detected and communicating, and the printer not responding suggests that it is stopping itself from printing.

If you use the printer itself, are you able to print any reports from the menus? Status pages, etc?

You say the scanner works - does the printer make photocopies, and if so do they print ok?

The printer works fine with other laptops, it look like a fresh windows 11 installation issue as I faced it in the past and upgrading windows 10 to 11 solve the issue

managed to solve the issue by restarting the "print spooler" service, however, I need to do it at every restart of the pc, so I created automatic task that do it when the system starts...
