What is wpo-Minify and why is it MASSIVE. Can i delete it?

So ive been tryna migrate my website and theres a folder in cache called wpo-Minify. Is it important?

Because ive spent 3 hours with 6 instances of WinSCP open and im not even halfway through transferring all these folders. theres 5.5k folders in here and im not sure how big the folder is, but at a guess its prolly around 20-25gb considering about 12gb is done so far.

I tried googling what this actually is, apparently its something which speeds up the browser but has an issue where the folders are not even useful? Are these actaully required or can i just delete them all? I'm a bit confused.

Thank You

Not copying folders is a recipe for nothing working anymore, if it's a plugin that isn't useful then you should uninstall it before copying things. Since it's about caching its settings page in admin might have a function to clear cache which you could do before copying while still leaving the plugin.
