No Sound from Earphones

My earphones (QCY T5) work normally when I connect to my phone, but when I connect it to my laptop, no sound. My friend's earphones work fine, it's just mine. In the settings, it shows that it's playing sound but nothing is coming out from the earphones. Would appreciate any help.

Did it work at some point? Try restarting the pc first. If thats dont solve the problem, download DDU: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v18051-released

Also work with audio drivers. Choose audio. restart pc after you have removed drivers

Bluetooth headphones? Or did you write a wrong model?

Never worked. I'm running Windows 11.

I got that "problem" somtimes on Win 10. 

 

Usually it is Windows Soundsettings that is the culprit. Not changing the output or input device. 

 

My Anker Soundcores for example has 2 modes, 1 for only Speaker, one for Headset mode. I have to chose the right one in the audio settings to hear the noises I want to come out of the device.

Main System:
