New i5 Alder Lake build.

Budget (including currency): 1000 to 1500

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Probably Word and web surfing but I want to build it out for gaming for the lulz.  Its for my mom.

Other details Im specifically looking at a z690 board... need recommendations.  I plan on getting a Samsung 980 nvme 1tb for a boot drive, and a Samsung 2tb ssd for additional storage.  Havent decided if itll be an AIO cooler or air yet.  Probably the Fractal Design Meshify Mid Tower or there new tower with the vents.  Kinda like that one.  And Im somewhere around maybe a 1660 super, 2060, or 3060 for the gpu.  Also DDR4 for the RAM.
