Halo CE Remastered graphical glitch in specific scene

I made a post earlier either here or on reddit about strange graphical glitches specifically in the remastered version of the pvt. jenkins recording scene on the 343 guilty spark mission. Originally, I thought that it could have been my hardware causing problems but I now believe this to be highly unlikely. To test this issue I've played through the cutscene several times on my Corsair One i160 PC on its stock ssd and operating system and on an upgraded ssd with a fresh install of windows 11, I've also tested each of the dual boot OSs on my main custom pc described in my signature and the exact same problem recurs with that specific cutscene and nothing else. Both of my PCs run all of my other games and applications very well without any graphical glitches, including more demanding titles like halo infinite. All tests were done with clean installs of the latest NVIDIA graphics drivers. Every cutscene in MCC runs perfectly fine in the remastered version except for that specific cutscene, regardless of which device I play it on. If I run the Jenkins cutscene in classic graphics, there is no issue. Is there some kind of graphics setting I need to tune to fix this, or is it just a glitch in the game? Definitely a possibility, though the way some of the marines momentarily seem to glitch out of the pelican is a bit suspect.

At 1:07 in the YouTube video you linked to, Chief pulls some kind of memory device from the helmet of the dead soldier. I guarantee they added additional effects that resemble "video glitches" to this part of the cutscene in the remastered version of the game to make it feel more immersive, similar to how filmmakers add fake VHS tape tracking artifacts to movies where someone is playing back an old VHS tape.

I guess 343 did such a good job making this look glitched out i thought there might actually be something wrong with my gpu lol
