My RGB isn't working properly?

I just finished my build in the corsair obsidian 500d SE and I'm trying to setup my rgb. When I select rainbow wave in icue the fans do sort of do a wave but its all unsyncd and looks terrible. I'm using a commander Pro and rgb controller for the fan speeds and rgb. I've attached a photo of the bad effect. Also I don't know how to control my rgb ram and sync it with the fans. Thank you.
