Brand new GPU showing glitchy, duplicated output

Boots straight into W11 and shows duplicated and very glitchy output of login screen. 

 

Ran DDU beforehand, my old 1660 runs perfectly okay with this system configuration. 

 

12400f with an EVGA 3070ti FTW3 and 750W PSU

Looks like it's absolutely hooped. Send in an RMA request.

 

Sucks that you don't get to use the card for a few more days, but this is what warranties are for.
