How to copy SteelSeries sonar settings to Dolby access equalizer

I have been using steelseries sonar for about a month now and its been working fantastic since then but now I want to copy its equalizer settings to other apps like Dolby access and Voicemeeter which will do the same work without needing much resources.

First picture is from SS sonar and I wanna transfer those settings to the second picture i.e. dolby access
