Screen keeps flashing on and off with 100% gpu usage and over 70% cpu at idle

Hey there, 

 

I'm having an issue where gpu is at 100% usage and is causing the computer to overheat. There is very high cpu usage and the screen keeps flashing on and off. The computer is incredibly slow and the problem has only started today.

 

The 2 windows updates that were installed today are included in the picture. 

 

I have included some pictures and a video.
