I am a Game Developer and a Programmer! And I also play Genshin Impact and other games!

What are you trying to achieve? / Tasks?

If I had a lineup of a Lotus Elise, an older Corvette, a Prius or Turbo Mini Cooper, and asked you to pick, you'd probably ask for what purpose and this is why context matters/more information is required for a specific answer.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Really if you plan to game and program you should shelf some $$$ more and get a 12400, best single core perf on 12th gen + 6 cores to manage tasks

As I can see, all of those have an iGPU, are you planning to use the integrated graphics? The 5600G has the strongest GPU out of those, and the CPU performance is on pair with the 15 10600.

Yeah, I'll use an APU! Does the memory of processor even matter?

Ryzen profits from RAM speed, dual channel, dual rank and RAM quantity.

I guess you're looking for 32GB of RAM? I'd say 2x16GB DDR4 3600 CL16 would be a safe bet.

If you must get a CPU you can game on because you can't afford a discrete GPU, then the 5600G is the only choice. 

 

The 12100 is the best bang for the buck now and in terms of having a future upgrade path.

 

The 3400G is just the 5600G but worse in every way.

 

The 10600k (and all 10th gen, except the 10100 for extreme budget builds) is pointless now. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
