XSX, XBO, PS5, & PS4 are all x86 based systems.so "hardware compatibility" isn't really relevent to them.

Secondary: Intel Xeon W3680, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, 24 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Windows 10 Home x86_64

Server: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, 16 GB 3200 MHz DDR4 TrueNAS Core

Home Laptop: Intel Core i5-L16G7, 8 GB 4267 MHz LPDDR4x Windows 11 Home 21H2 x86_64

Work Laptop: Intel Core i7-10510U, NVIDIA Quadro P520, 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 Windows 10 Pro 21H2 x86_64

Regarding Wii U, it's all hardware compatibility, with its pros and cons (one of the cons being mainly that you wont go over 480p resolution on Wii games. Do whatever you want with that)

If you inject Wii games on your Wii U using the correct method, you can get to play on the Gamepad games that use the Wii Classic Controller. You get native 480p that way, the Gamepad is comfy and compatible with virtual surround to boot)

Injectors that can do that are easily found in the Wild. You may also enjoy some Gamecube injecting while you're at It (also 100% native BC)

Enjoy!
