monitor I am looking for a new monitor

I am looking to replace my 6 years old monitor.

Budget (including currency): 300€ (can't realy go much higher than this)

Country: Slovenia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Mostly gaming (RTS, RPG), internet browsing and some work from home (software development).

Other details:

I am looking for a 25" - 27" monitor with 1080p or 1440p resolution with 144Hz refresh rate to replace my current Samsung S24C300. For now i am going to keep using a single monitor setup, i am however looking to eventually add a second one later on.

I am not sure what i can expect in terms of value for my budget in 1440p category. If there is better value for my budget in 1080p category it's not a big deal if i don't get 1440p. I was looking at Samsung Odyssey G5 which is currently retailing at 300€.

I would like to try a curved monitor, although this is not a strict priority. My graphics card is ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Strix.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
