NAS setup working on LG thinq and android (free)

Hi

Recently, I have been planning to setup NAS setup with an old PC of mine. It has WIndows 10 in it.

Initally, I was planning on using Plex tv, since its app is in LG Thinq Tv with the free account. But the problem is I have an android phone. I want to access my tv series and shows from PLex server, but if I use the app, I have to pay for it.

I also tried using the web app through phone, but it is a bit clunky for me.

Can anybody suggest me alternate apps which I can use and which will work in both android phone and lg thinq tv for free?

What about installing the app through an apk file?

You can use APK Pure for that.

The app is free on google play, but there is in app purchase to stream videos
