Planning on getting a new pc, and I don't know where to start because not a lot of places ship internationally

Go to solution Solved by brob,

Newegg Israel is available on il.pcpartpicker.com.

While foreign prices may appear attractive often the landed cost, (i.e. including shipping, duties, and taxes), results in little or no savings.

Budget (including currency): 1,428$

Country: Israel

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: apex legends, valorant, overall games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
i'm upgrading from
gpu: gtx 750 ti
cpu: pentium gold g5400

I would like to buy overseas for a good deal for a computer,
i've been thinking
something like rtx 3050
or gtx 1650 super
(honestly, anything that's better than what i have corrently)

i just cant find any website that allows configuration and international shipping

Not even amazon?
Usually pcpartpicker.com is used to do configurations & planning, then get the parts from wherever providing it & capable of sending it.
Especially if it's cheaper somewhere else.

i'm gonna look over pcpartpicker.com
just thought there might be some better options than amazon with a more direct way of getting everything in one shot 😛

Well, peoples here usually give recommendation using pcpartpicker (mainly because it's easier  & simpler to plan a build using their site's feature) or amazon link.
Unless you provide them with the particular website you want to buy from.

Anyway, about your build.
I take it you don't need a monitor.
How about PC case, are you looking for a new one as well, or are you going to use the old one.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
