High ram usage for no reason

If you have a spare drive try dropping fresh windows on it and see if it happens again. 

I assume that your GPU is not normally 67% and that was just OBS sucking resources.

After I've turned on the PC, as you can see the ram usage sits around 18-20%.But after a while (30 min) it jumps up to 90 % RAM usage.

I even did an antivirus scan and no virus was detected.

Specs: 

intel I5 10400f

16 GB ram

RTX 2060 

samsung 970 evo

WIN 11

Any help will be appreciated.

Try booting into safe mode and see if the problem exist there as well.

it could be, or most likely, that u are using that shit windows task manager.

dont use windows task manager. use hwinfo64, that will tell you how muc physical memory you have available and also has a graph to follow
