Mixing ram (rgb and non rgb variants of same brand)

I recently had one of my ram sticks die so amazon gave me a refund so I could buy a replacement one I currently am using 3 sticks of Crucial Ballistix RGB 3200mhz cl16 and the only replacement part I can find is a non rgb variant of the same brand (Every website the rgb version is sold out as a single 8gb stick) all the timings and voltages are the same and I'm pretty sure it should be fine I just wanted to know if anyone else has done this or whatever, I've put the two parts names down below so you can check for yourself this is mostly just for sanities sake I made this post

The ram I was looking at getting: Crucial Ballistix BL8G32C16U4B

The ram I currently have: Crucial Ballistix RGB BL2K8G32C16U4BL

edit: Managed to get my old stick working but thanks for your help

the rgb variant is for sale on ebay

It should work no problem, it's the same PCB and since it's Crucial it's guaranteed to be the same memory chip (assuming you bought the original RAM die within the past 4 years)
