help computer won’t turn on.

My new custom build had a 750 watt psu but it wasn’t enough I have a 3080 Ti master, i-Core 9 9900k, 12 fans with Cooling system and idk 750 should be good but it would fail to start after long use and the psu fan ended up breaking so I decided to replace it to an RM1000x Corsair psu and I replaced all cables and now when I press the on button only the royal ram cards rgb lights up, It also only does It after a couple of presses. I hear a clicking noice from the psu and the the psu doesn’t even turn on its fan. Now after turning it on n off about 3 times it ended up not even turning on the ram cards rgb’s, idk what the problem is?

Crazy as it sounds, you well could have gotten two bad PSUs back to back. Seems like a lot of companies are having quality control issues as of late. The range of not wanting to turn on, to turning on then turning off, sounds very much like faulty capacitors that cannot hold the current needed for startup surge loads. It's also possible you might have a bad motherboard, same cause. Only way to know for sure is to try it with a known good power supply. If that's not the cause, you may have electrical problems in the building that are burning up power supplies.

Did you perhaps use the old cables, and not the one's which came with the corsair psu?

If you did, then thats the problem, pray that the whole system did not fry

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)
