I heard that rufus removes the requirements of tmp, secure boot.If I download windows 11 with removing requirement will my pc able to get uptades from windows 11?

You will be able to install Windows 11 with ease (you won't need to do a registry change in Windows setup, as Rufus will do it for you).

That said, when the next version of Windows 11 will be released later in the year, it won't update. A clean installation would be needed each time, or a hack involving modifying a system file needs to be done, each time.

How do I know? I was running Windows 11 Insider builds on an unsupported CPU, without TPM nor SecureBoot support (that system pre-dates all of this, let alone UEFI). And each week, as new builds were released, I had to go through hoops to get around it by using a tool that doesn't exist anymore that someone did, which modified system file to by-pass TPM and SecureBoot check.
