I just build my pc but seems I ran into a problem

I built my new PC including i7 12700k + rog strix 3070 and when I turned it on everything was working even the fans on the GPU started spining and then just stopped I saw the VGA light is on even though the rgb on the GPU were still glowing is this a problem and if so how to fix it

 

ps I didnt get my monitor just yet so I dont know will it blackcreen because of this

So you don't have a monitor connected ? Pretty hard to diagnose if you don't.

 

The Asus RTX 3070 fans won't spin when the card is idling so that is probably why they are not spinning.
