Laptop forgets refresh rate of external monitor

Hello,

I have a Razer Blade with Windows11 on it, it's so annoying that I need to set the refresh rate each time the laptop wakes up from standby.

I don't understand why the programs and drivers are so damn stupid and can't remember

"THIS MONITOR... THIS ID OF THE MONITOR = THIS SETTING"

but instead it always goes to 60hz...

Windows is not very smart, and it takes more than one lifecycle of OS to get some basic functionality. If you want better functionality, you may need to get extra software.

Windows is only used because most programs are for Windows, otherwise no one would use this garbage.
