Is my motherboard good enough for these components?

I assume this isn't used for gaming? If it is then this is a very unbalanced system.

Here's a video where they tested this board with an 11900K. Not exactly the same CPU, but the motherboard performance should be similar for a 10900K. It crashed with unlocked PL, with locked it's fine.

If possible I'd return the motherboard and also the CPU and go for a decent B660 with a 12700F.

I understand, thank you for explaining.

I have made the decision to refund the motherboard but I might also refund the CPU as well. Is the 10900K good for gaming?

If it is, then I won’t have to refund it. Do you have any recommendations for motherboards to go with a 10900K and an RTX 3060?

I would rather get a 12600K or 12400, MSI PRO B660M-A, 3060Ti or 3070.

Interim 15 T200 OKF("F" intel processors are specifically archituctured for gaming) maybe upgrad to 13'900 | Peeralight cpu fan | Stryx Z690-A Wife(which is branded by ASUS and it's ROG label) | Thermotake 16x 8x2GO SODINM 2400mjz cl22 (2 of them with the mood lighting) | 980 EVO 1TB m.2 ssd card + Kensington 2TB SATA nvme + WD BLACK PRO ULTRA MAX 4TB GAMING DESTROYER HHD | Echa etc 3060 duel fan dissipator 12 GBi and Azrock with the radian 550 XT Tiachi | NEXT H510 Vit Klar Svart | Seasonice 600watts voeding(rated for 100.000 hours, running since 2010, ballpark estimate 8 hours a day which should make it good for 34 years) | Nocturna case fans | 0LED Duel moniter

New build in progress: Ryen™ 8 7700x3D with a copper pipe fan | Z60e-A | Kingstron RENEGATE 16x2 Go hyenix | Phantek 2 the thar mesh in front | lead lex black label psu + AsiaHorse białe/białe | 1080 Pro 8TB 15800MB/S NvMe(for gaming this increase fps and charging time, cooled by a M.2 slot with coolblock and additional thermopad) and faster 4000GB HHD | MAI GeForce GTX 2070 Ti and RTX 6800 | Corshair psu

I am building this PC for gaming. I was thinking of getting an 11700K instead and was wondering if you have any recommendations for a motherboard to go along with it so I don’t make the same mistake. I am still pairing this with an RTX 3060. Please let me know, thank you.

I would go 12th gen instead of 11th gen. A 12th gen i5 would beat an 11th gen i7 for example.

Assuming you live in the US something like this should work. If you want you could also get the i7-12700F. Or you could save money by getting an i5-12400F, as that's still more than enough for gaming. Make sure to upgrade to W11 if you choose the 12700F or 12600KF, as the P and E cores don't work well on 10. The B660M Bazooka is a great motherboard. Just avoid ASRock as their recent boards (500 and 600) have bad VRM.
