League of legends and exit lsg

So the deal is, I have exit lag running, and it says 85 ms tops, but in game for league of legends, it still says 240, it was working fine a few days ago, and now this has started happening. I've checl with my ISP and everything is going smoothly. Can anyone help? I'm going to have a meltdown with this lag issue.
