Pc no power and no fan spinning

Without actually knowing exactly what you did step by step, we don't know.

Have you re-checked the PSU switch?
Try replugging the cables.
Re-check the front panel connector, maybe you plug them wrong.
Try powering on by shorting the power pins using a screwdriver, maybe the power on button on the case busted.

All those above good and fine ?
Try doing a PSU test.
Either simply by using your old motherboard & cpu
or by doing the paperclip test (Unplug all cables from your PC parts first, just in case)

Today i've upgraded the motherboard and the cpu, but the pc didn't show any sign of life. What should i do? I think the motherboard i've bought was damaged during the shipping or something.

 

These are the specs

 

Motherboard: Asus b660m-a d4

 

Cpu: i3 12100f (with stock cooler)

 

Ram: Hyperx 2x8gb 3200mhz cl16

 

Gpu: Amd r9 370 4gb

 

Psu: Seasonic CORE GC-500

 

Hdd: Some WD shit

 

 

Did i've done something wrong?

Done, it was the front panel connector. I plugged it wrong, thanks for your help!
