Vertical lines on my display caused by GPU

AllTimeLow

PC Specs:

-i5 7600k at 4ghz

-16 gb ddr4 2400mhz

-GTX 1080 strix

-550w corsair bronze psu

-msi b250 m3 mobo

-Dell SE2416H (monitor)

Since about a week ago my pc randomly made a 1-2 pixel wide vertical line on my display. Sometimes in bios as well which basically confirms it is my gpu since I tested the monitor with another pc. The line always appears on the same spot and can suddenly reappear for hours and then disappear. Both the reappearing and disappearing happens in games and in the desktop without any load. I can also tell it is made by the gpu because when dragging colors on the green line it mixes...

Solutions that I have tried with no avail:

-trying different ports(hdmi) on my gpu

-updating drivers(gpu)

-restoring previous gpu drivers

-DDU'ing my drivers and reinstalling it aswell

-tried different hdmi cables

-reseating ram, gpu

My temps are alway's under 70 degrees celsius and I had no previous issues regarding my gpu.

Any input would be much appreciated, thanks in advance

The last time I have something like that, it was my monitor.

You can try plugging the display cable to your motherboard port, and use your iGPU
Then play a game or use an app for a bit while

I'd test the monitor on another PC again. You say the issue can disappear and reappear. Maybe it just happened to not happen at that time, because this sounds like a monitor problem.

i5-7600k has Intel HD i think
So i guess he can use it to test. Less hassle. XD

Well, that depends on what GPU and what monitor.
But in your case, I'd say yes.
