If it's under $300 then this could be a fair deal, haven't mentioned what CPU he's getting though

Ask for a detailed brand and model of PSU.
And 750w for a 1050ti is excessive.

You can power a 3080 with that much wattage.

RAM , its better to go for dual stick, single stick will suffer in performance.

As for the other things, need more detailed spec & probably the price he's getting it for too, before we can actually say it's good or not.

Multiple pieces are missing.

 

How much does this cost?

What 750w psu is it? It's overkill and feels like it will be some super cheap terrible unit just by looking at the other specs.

1 stick of ram is really bad you need 2.

What 240gb ssd? That is very small for the only storage.

The motherboard is basically saying the cheapest motherboard imagineable.

Pc case looks ok.

What cpu is in it?

 

Why a 1050ti? It's really not a gpu I recommend you get anymore.

 

This sounds like a bad computer that will most likely cost too much.
