No more TPM 2.0 after upgrade to Ryzen 7 5700x.

Hello everyone, i upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 7 3700x to a Ryzen 7 5700x and now either Windows and the BIOS doesn't show TPM.

 

After putting the Ryzen 7 3700x back in it worked again. Is it about the CPU?
